This is regarding my recent order where an item milkshake was missing from the order list. On enquiring the restaurant i was told that the person forgot to pack the order, which clearly isn’t my fault. Further mentioning this issue to customer support the respondent said the claim couldn’t be resolved and did not reply about the amount that has already been paid for the item missing. This show utmost careless from the swiggy support team. Y do u expect a customer to pay for an item she has no received. Also i would like to mention this incident has been repeatedly happening and i have complained numerous times about it. Its high time Swiggy comes up with something more stringent action in such cases.
