I ordered a cake from Swiggy worth Rs. *** at the rate of Rs. *** after coupons and I prepay this order. When the order was delivered it was damaged and when I talk to the customer support they said that they will not able to refund it back. As per legal policies of Swiggy if the item was damaged the customer get the full refund.
