- Item taken for warranty repair not returned saying Unable to find Open
I filed for a warranty repair of my JBL headphones in Dec'**. I received a package mid December but it was empty. I informed the customer care and they have been really incompetent saying they need a week's time to check everytime I ask them. It's been * months. I believe this qualifies as harrasment and not just plain poor customer service.
