I ordered a study table on **th July **** online from Hometown's official website (www.hometown.in). I paid for the same and they gave me the delivery date of **th August ****.
Since **th July **** till today, there has been no movement of the item. It has not even been shipped by Hometown.
On calling up the customer care innumerable times, they say the same thing, "We don't know when we will be able to deliver your item".
Now, I need to file the invoice of the item for reimbursement in my office as I bought this under Work From Home facility provided by my employer.
Hometown has not even provided the invoice for this item.
I am afraid that I will loose my entire amount of INR ****
