I purchased a Microwave oven via Order No: RDF******** on ** May ****. But till date the item has not been delivered. I have made ample calls to the customer care but they say that it is from online department and hence they cant do anything. They say that they will arrange a call back and no call comes. I have sent emails after emails and also escalated to customer relations head and then the CEO's email as provided in the website. Still no reply. I have pinged them in the messenger but they say that they will come back and now no response. My bank has started to charge my credit card and I am not provided with the product. If they unable to deliver they should have let me know. But they are total in dark on that. What type of attitude is this during these covid times when all are trying to sustain with their lives? Is this a company attitude to wards customer? I want to cancel my product but they are also not allowing that. This is serious mental harassment. I need proper justification
