Dear sir/madam
I am complaining because Flipkart has cancelled my product ordered dated on **.**.**** paid using my axis credit card. When asked they told me that due to high demand seller has cancelled the product ordered, but product was in stocks even for hours after my order placed.
This os not the first time they have cancelled my orders * times earlier too reason was same too that time.
Even then i asked them to either refund or product they stated that due to standard banking policy it will be done by *th nov till then you have to wait
So my concern is can they have right to cancel my order once i made payment for the product if no plz help me because they are doing so not only with me but with so many peoples whom i know they deduct money from there account and do not refund for *-* days.
It is big scam
