I requested my postpaid number ********** for porting,& then received a call from your customer care regarding the conversion from postpaid to prepaid,I accepted that offer & converted it & recharged my number for Rs.*** for prepaid.Now today morning I am not receiving my network & received message from Jio that your number has been ported.pls help regarding this issue.
