- Issue of Return and Refund Open
I had ordered a Cellphone from amazon dated **th June ****. I faced some issues with the phone on the very next day of delivery i.e. on **st July **** and the team checked it and ordered a replacement for the same. I had a little issue with receiving the product as i told the amazon team to deliver me the product only after *:** PM on working days. I was assured that the same would happen. As i was not available in the town in that weekend, so i asked the team to deliver that product on Monday and got it rescheduled, i.e. **th July ****. The delivery boy came in the afternoon and while he rang the bell and was waiting for someone to open the gate, he mentioned the order as Delivered. But as no one was present at that time, so the order was not received. I called the customer care in the evening and they told me that the delivery will take place according to my time till **th July ****. If the delivery is failed, then my refund will be initiated on **th July ****. On **th July ****, i called the customer care again and they told me that they had contacted the delivery team and the delivery team told them that the order has already been delivered to me. But, the order has not been delivered to me as i still have the old product with me. If the order would have been delivered to me, my old phone would have been taken by them. A new thing popped up the very same day that an investigating team is going to do a investigation for the same and will get back to me in *-* Business days.
