- Issue not resolved with internet connection from 1 month Open
Its been almost * month that we raised request for wifi shift and connection to be made back. Upon ** made up calls from my side they shifted it. However they are not activating the wifi since * days. When we calling up they are not responding and not returning my money back. We said if you resolve this issue on time we are ok. If you are unable to do it then return our money by deducting the no of days we used so far from total amount we paid.. They are not even doing it, they are not even activating our wifi. We are so helpless on this and failing a complaint against this company.
