- Issue no resolved during warranty Open
I purchased this laptop from reliance digital on ** September ****,i started having issues from **june **** and it is now ** days since i have been in contact with support,they have changed motherboard,hard disk,usb port. I have done recovery,reinstall,windows updates multiple because they asked same things again and again.this whole process took more than * months and i have wasted so much of my time and money as i use this laptop for my study and work.i have had chat session with support more than ** times and they have access remotely for about the same no. Of times,engineer has visited * times and issue are still same i am facing usb notification issue everyday and faced auto shutdown on ** august ****. I want refund for this product as they are unable to resolve the issue and it is costing me a lot and also one month of warranty remain. Thank you and please help
