- Issue in the service Open
I bought an RO water purifier from this company. As per the company's policy for my product, I will get three free services for a year. After * months of installation, the RO broke down. We trying reaching out to the customer support they assured that the technician will arrive, but no one arrived for the repair. After multiple follow-ups, customer support executives are just providing a new date. Till this date, no resolution has been provided by the company and the product is not usable.
