It is awful to came to know that how the Videocon services can harm a customer who is loyal to it from last * years. But now is the time i need to change my product for sure.
With due respect i want to start my case which started **-** days back when my d*h Videocon remote suddenly stopped working. I started calling the customer care but they replied me that my remote was not their company’s remote.
Ample of times i talked to the supervisor also but i got no satisfactory reply. The thing which amazed me was they dont give warranty for the remote and this is because i am suffering so many times for such small issue. Then I decided, ok i should take a new remote. I again called the customer care but * days have passed and no engineer have visited my place yet. The way the customer care people talked to me is so bad, illogical and irresponsive every time. The complaint nos i got was :

This i am sending you so you can connect to my issue.
Every time I requested to SMS me the complaint no. but they did not.
Till date after calling for so many times no Engineer have visited my home and still the customer executive is saying me to wait for ** hours from last * days.
Also overall i have experienced that i have to call the customer care every month which clearly shows what kind of services they provide.
