Make My Trip

I booked a cab from Noida to Haldwani on **.**.** from make my trip for the date **-**-** at **.** hrs vide booking id NC*************** and got the confirmation message from mmt regarding booking with information that cab and driver details would be shared ** hrs prior to the departure time.
on the journey day on **-**-** when I didn't receive the message till **.** hrs, I called many times to make my trip for confirmation as I was waiting with my family.the make my trip customer care couldn't resolve the issue and given me the next time of **.** hrs instead of **.** hrs . again when i didn't receive ant communication about my booking , I called make my trip again and again but nothing could happen and finally they cancelled my booking at about **.** hrs and due to this delayed response I could not perform my journey on **-**-** and I complained about this to the customer care executives that they should have given me timely confirmation regarding booking and cancellation.
Further I booked another cab for the next day i.e. **-**-** and received the confirmation from mmt that my booking was confirmed for the departure time of **.** hrs on **-**-** vide booking Id - NC***************, but for this Id I got message that again my booking was cancelled and no cab is available for the given date and time. I was mentally harassed as I was travelling along with my family including a ** months old child who underwent surgery just ** day before and also I had already lost whole one day due to late response of mmt.
Now again after not getting any suitable alternate for my onward journey ,I once again booked a cab for the same day i.e. **-**-** vide booking Id NC*************** with the scheduled departure time of **.** hrs and again with the information that the cab & driver details would be shared ** hrs prior to the scheduled departure time but again no reply or communication was received from make my trip till **.** whereas it was supposed to be received ** hrs prior to the departure time.
Considering the three continuous failure by mmt in providing booked cabs during past ** hrs and not receiving of confirmation again within stipulated time, I decided to book the Cab from a private cab owner to complete my journey but surprisingly this time i receive the details of cab & driver.
I called the mmt customer care and told them that due to the late confirmation I had booked another cab so the booking through mmt may be cancelled, but the customer care executive told me that it was customer's duty to confirm and now as I was cancelling the booking, No amount would be refunded as per the mmt policy .
The whole incident created lot of mental and physical harassment to me and my family and also cost me approx Rs. ****/- ,incurred in accommodation , food during unplanned overstay at Noida and onward journey to haldwani.I had done many bookings in past through mmt and was quite satisfied before this incident.This behavior of a reputed company like make my trip is unacceptable which made me thinking of continuing any future dealing with make my trip.
I hope that make my trip will take this issue seriously and do needful in this regard for reimbursing my expenses incurred by me due to the delayed and unreasonable response from make my trip and also refund the amount of Rs. ***/- paid by me on my booking vide booking id NC***************
