We raised a complaint with Eureka
Forbes toll free number for servicing our RO water purifier in **th May.yesterday we got a call from a person called Mallesh who said he was from Eureka Forbes and Came for servicing. Our mac was due for renewal and we paid him ***** for a three year Amc and he maintained till then he was from eureka Forbes Aquaguard . After he left the water purifier stopped
Working . He first said he will attend to
It and then later denied and his number was switched off. When I checked the amc paper realised it was a different number and only then realised that this guy was from ion exacense.. not only did he falsely take the amc money but our water purifier is also not working now . How do I get refund of my amc money from these people - they made my perfectly working water purifier useess
More importantly how did they know that I had raised a service request with eureka Forbes and know my details
