Invoice not provided for over ** days.
Same automated response to multiple emails stating the problem. App is throwing an error and not letting download the invoice. Customer care not providing ANY resolution. Wasting time by responding once in a week or two with the same automated response. Result- still no invoice so unable to claim the amount. Incurred the expense myself.
