Got the excitel internet connection few months back and had a frequent disconnection problems for which many tickets have been raised and none of them have been resolved not less than *days of time. As we are completely relied on them due to the current situation we do understand some of the uneventual things happening now and then Being a consumer i was expecting a prompt reply and update on contacting them which they failed to do it even after many follow ups any of the time. And since a week days there is no solution for the complaint raised this had a severe impact on delivering my commitments in the stipulated time due to which I ad bear the loss and even it would cost my career as well. Please make sure to discourage such irresponsible and money minded businesses. I wish to share my experience through you.
