I have opted an internet connection on May * a **mbs plan for * months . I started facing issue on internet disconnection and slowness in speed from next week . Complaints on the issues were raised and after chasing many times technician comes look after for temporary resolution solves it a go stating no such problem will be faced again and again after a day or two same problem comes again have to follow the same procedure for resolution . On ** June I have dropped an email to their registered email id for disconnection till date no one has responded for my disconnection request. The customer help line number given also goes unanswered .I have hardly used the service for a month .

I have taken Tikona connection when I moved to new house.. after few months was not able to use internet connection... did follow up multiple times to come and check the connections... no one turned up.. after few days I disconnected the route...
