- Internet not working from 15 days asking me to cancel and take a new connection Open
My jio fibre (jio id - ************) stopped working ** days back with red light blinking. I raised the request -id "SR******OYJV" on **th October. Support guy visited and said, it will be resolved in ** hours. No resolution provided in ** hours. Subsequent calls to customer care results in the same response of ** hours. After ** days of **-** calls to customer support, JIO person called me and said, My Profile has been deleted from the backend and there is no way they can fix it. I have to cancel the connection and take a new one. Cancellation I will lose **** rs deposit and for new connection I have to pay **** again. Also I recharged for a month ****, I used interent only ** days. I will lose money of ** days.
JIO is not resolving the issue or not providing full refund for cancellation. Although mistake is their end by deleting my profile, They expect me to cancel and take a new connection by losing **** rs. Highly unethical company with worst customer support.
