- Internet device not working after renewal of plan Open
After the relocation of the connection, I renewed my plan online. After this, I called many times to Hathaway bill department and also customer support. But they have the same response that we have registered your complaint and it will be resolved within * hours.
But after * days now they are saying you have to visit Hathaway office. When I asked to refund payment they said payment will not be refunded.
