- Internet connection was not installed and refund not issued Open
I moved to a new house in Sector **, Noida and wanted an internet connection for which I applied on nextraworld.com. I received a call from their sales guy Ravi on **th March ***** briefing me about their tariff and plans. He asked me to deposit **** in his personal bank account using google pay. So, I deposited **** in his bank account on **th March. Next day I received a call from installation guy and he told me that my Internet connection will not be installed aa they don’t work with Nextra anymore over a dispute of payment with them. I told the same thing to Ravi, he enquired internally and told me that they don’t serve my sector anymore. He promised me to refund my money in *-* days. But it has been more than * month now and I still haven’t received my money back. I call him every other day and he lies on my face and promises to refund my money in *-* days but it never happens. He also insulted me saying its only **** why am I panicking. He has stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages now and he doesn’t pick my calls. I have also raised this with the escalation contacts provided on their website but I didn’t even receive an acknowledgement. It is more than * month and I am suffering from mental agony and humiliation from this guy. Please help me to get my money back and also additional amount for whatever I have gone through in the last * month and a loss of my energy, time and mental peace. Hoping for a quick resolution now. Thank you.
