Internet Connection not processed after the payment done at first instance.
Payment date: April *th ****
I was promised a fibernet connection within one week from the date of payment. However, the connection was not processed.
After the designated deadline.. I tried contacting the agent and he promised connection with the next * days . After that Numerous phonecalls left unattended by the company's agent and there were no follow ups or status update from the company or its agents. I had to waste my time dialing them again and again but all for no use. None of the calls were attend! Even the manager didn't care to attend the calls. Because of this irresponsible behaviour, I had to sacrifice my work during this pandemic situation. Kindly take actions
