- Internet Connection Activation Issue Open
Two days back that is on **/**/**** I requested for a new Internet broadband connection from Airtel. After registering my request I got message from Aritel mentioning the name and phone number of the executive who was going to come to my address and get the connection. He came to my address by *PM and asked for for documentation then a link from Aritel came on my number for payment of ₹ **** for * months plan. I paid the amount online & I was told that next day I will get the connection. Next day when the promised time was over I called the executive but he wantedly disconnecting my call or not receiving it. Then I called on *** and spoke to an agent, he registered my complaint and assured me I will get a call back within * hours. After * hours when call didn't come I tried again *** and this a new agent ... For the next * hours I kept on calling and talking different agents some of them disconnected the call in the middle only. At last I spoke to one agent he transferred my call to his senior & this guy told me I will get a call back for sure next day morning ** am that is today and installation will be done today only. Meanwhile I have been writing mails to ***@in.airtel.com and ***@airtel.com but no response came. It's *:** pm today still I didn't get any call or get my issue resolved. Tomorrow morning *am I have to login into my system as my training is going to start tomorrow. I need the connection urgently it's even less than one day left to start my training and I can not get other operator as I have already paid for * months to Airtel. Please help me I have become fed up with Airtel. Not only this issue but many other issues I had to report against airtel like huge Bill amount for my postpaid number and customer service related issues but this is urgent that's why I m reporting. As per the policy it takes a max of ** hours to get the service done but it's more than ** hours since I paid for the service but I did not get a single call from airtel . Instead they are disconnecting my call that irritates me alot. Online found that Voxya can help me file a complaint so please help me. If this is not working I will talk to my lawyer and file a police complaint as well.
