My account number is************. I have been a customer of ACT Fibernet since early ****. I have been facing intermittent connectivity issues since then. In the weeks preceding the generation of the quarterly bills, the connection works fine. Once the bill is paid, the connection stops working for days together or works intermittently. I have been raising several complaints for the past * years but they have not found a permanent solution to the connectivity issue. The company needs to either issue a full refund along with damages for loss of productivity or resolve the issue on a permanent basis. I have already paid the bill for the period July ** to October **.
