I made booking through happy easy go and later my flight got cancelled due to pandemic.
And as per their policy the refund should be credited in my account in ** days. It's been * months and i have got no refund yet.
I have raised multiple complaints and tried to reach out to support but every time they are giving same answer that still they are working on it and mentioning they are working closely with the airline for the refund while had already confirmed that they have full refunded when the request was raised months back. MOREOVER THEY ARE CHARGING THE CONVENIENCE FEE WHILE NO AGENCY IS CHARGING ANY PENNY CONSIDERING PANDEMIC. I REGRET TO BE BOOKING WITH HAPPYEASYGO.
