I'm using airtel postpaid from past * years and the plan is including of device protection. My bill comes under the name xxx yyy zzz and the same name is used for device protection and even submitted government-approved identification certificates. Unfortunately, I broke my phone and I applied for the claim, they asked for an invoice and I submitted the same. But while entering my name they missed my middle name (yyy; from their side; their mistake) and my invoice name is yyy zzz. They are denying my insurance for their mistake. I paid and received my postpaid bill on the full name but still, they are denying it and harassed me from the past * weeks. I'm without my mobile all these days waiting for that, they agreed their mistake but still, they are not accepting my claim. So, I need them to compensate for my time loss along with all mental agony I faced all these days that are around **,*** Rs. days trying to prove this. That means I'm paying them money and they are ensuring for some unknown person.
