I booked OYO *** Banaswadi Bangalore OYO Town House along with my family and one pomeranian pet on *rd August **** night after driving for almost *** KM from, when we checked on a room at around * PM as I was very tired I asked my wife to get the luggage from the car when she went down there was no bell boy to help.
we were told by reception that the kitchen is open till **:** PM but when we ordered at around **:** we were told that the restaurant closing by ** PM only. Next day morning when we went for breakfast there was only * thing one was maithi paratha and other was vermicelli dish and to eat paratha there was thin curd mixed with salt and red chilly and one coconut chutney, tea and coffee, we asked for pickle then we were told that it is over. I said ok but opposite to this hotel one shop is there where they can buy pickle which was done.As online classes are going on and being the parathas was not fresh my wife asked for fresh one which was prepared but as my daughter was getting late for classes she said that she will go to room and attend the class and have taken */* of paratha, meanwhile we asked for butter on paratha which the staff said that it is chargeable,I said ok then we completed our breakfast and my wife took * piece paratha (one paratha was divided in *,so we have taken one paratha) with a thought that will ask daughter will have this,we were opposed there by one long hair person which we ignored and went back in room and then later left for our work out of hotel.
Afternoon while returning back to Hotel at around *:** PM we thought of ordering some food so that by the time we reach hotel food will be there with an impression that Hotel Kitchen will be closed.Apart from this we have taken a regular meal parcel along with us.When the parcel was delivered I found that the dish which I ordered is dry one and can't be ate with Naan roti so I checked with hotel if I can get something and they said Yes checked curry is there which I ordered and started my meal which we bought and the swiggy one and then we got the room service for curry and onion was not there which I asked to send ,I asked boy to get it and he was asking for payment then and there so I asked that while you come with onion you can collect and when he came back with onion we were in mid of meal but the boy insisted for payment stating that my owner will be angry ,I asked him to come and collect after ** minutes and then after * minutes intercom started ringing ,(Time was somewhere around *:**pm)I understood that it is from the kitchen only, just to add that my bill was Rs*** (*** for chicken curry and ** for morning breakfast butter which I had taken).
After completing my lunch I went down to make the payment for lunch and asked them can't they wait for ** minutes as we were in mid of lunch and they told that kitchen bill is separate and needs to be paid then and there,I was totally unhappy with this,The Kitchen owner was there and he said that that in moring you have taken **-** parathas in room ,I asked them who told this then he said his person told this and said that we have the recording also.I have given him open challenge that please share with me and if found the same I will pay for it,And also he added that I have taken the tea flask, yes I have taken it from the place it was kept to my table and me and my wife were only person there in the restaurant, its a big humiliation and insult that I have been blamed by kitchen owner for chappati stealing.I need a public apology from OYO and compensation for mental trauma. I am writing a mail itself proof my state of mind at this hour.I request to please get this video and see .
