- Installation not done Open
This is wrt to my JioFiber new connection order NO****EHE*B*. The payment and the other initial formalities for the same was completed on **th July ****. During the payment and the formalities I was told by the sales representative Mr. Ashish Chettri that the connection will surely be installed in the next day itself. The next day no one from his team was reachable and the installation was not done. I received an automated message from Jio saying that the engineers will be visiting my home on **th July for installation. There was no show again. I received a similar message for **,**,**,** July too, each time no one came to install the connection.
This has now reached the level where the consumer is being harassed endlessly. Also on contacting the Sales Rep, he says that he is doing a favour for us by working during the lockdown. This has become too much to take now, it's been around a fortnight from the initial committed date and my connection has still not been installed.
