Hathway Broad band
- Installation delayed and activation not yet done Open
This is the second time Hathway ISP is disappointing us. Previously happened the Same , we had to contact and make rounds to their office to beg their service, installation was done after ** days and activation is not yet done . the customer care people or people who call us for renewal , are really selfish money minded . once the renewal is done they block my number and the customer service , they cut the call on face and very rude behaviour . there is no need to say that technicians at near by office, when we approach them treat us like a dog or something . previously I used to trust Hathway but I'm very much frustrated with their service. As in the recent events where we have work from home I humbly requested them to make the activation as I may lose my job but still they are Hathway people .
