I booked zoomcar and paid entire amount of booking and fare. I also Recieved zoomcar mail of acknowledgement of no outstanding amount. Then, after few days they started circulating messages about outstanding payment and their legal team started sending me messages and threatening of legal action.
I have their mail and payment evidence which clearly reflects that there is no outstanding against my booking. They also refunded some amount immediately after booking.
