I have subscribed for your broadband connection at my residence by making a payment of Rs.*,***/- (Receipt No.***** - dated : **.**.****). Though wiring and installation had been done on **.**.****, I and my family members are unable to make use of wi-fi internet services even for one hour till today, viz., **.**.**** due to your defective and deficient services. I had already registered complaints on **.**.**** (Complaint No.*******) & also, on **.**,.***** (Complaint No.*******) and made follow up requests on your helpline number which is also not getting easily connected. It is observed that even without solving the problem, you have a habit of closing the complaints arbitrarily for the reason best known to you.
After pocketing a good amount of money, your hopeless way of treating the customers and deficient services has created a lot of inconvenience, mental harassment and agony to us, wasting our valuable productive time.
Under the circumstances, reserving my right to filing of a case/complaint before the Consumer Forum for cost and damages etc., you are advised to resolve the issue forthwith - by today itself.
