- IndiGo flight access complaint Open
We just had the worst service from IndiGo on a flight to Chennai from Goa on 20th May 2018. We came 3 minutes to check in. Requested them a million times.. nobody was even close to helpful. They didn't seem to care.
We not just lost money but they could have given us in. It was a 6:50am flight we were there and waiting at 6:18am. They didn't help us out at all. In fact the time we were attempting to check in, it clearly said "boarding". So, ideally speaking they should have given us an explanation as to why they did not let us take the flight. If all the boards read "boarding" the explanation given to us was "boarding is closed, you're late ma'am. The flight is ready to leave" at 6:36am. The people were quite laid back and non responsive. So agitated. We didn't get any kind of service or hooking us to another flight. We had to find out everything ourselves and we booked another with sky rocketing price. We totally lost a good 10,600 for the pathetic IndiGo flight and paid an exhorbidant amount of 30,000 with spice jet back to Chennai. I am fully disappointed that we had to sit like loafers going behinds IndiGO and spice jet for over 2-3 hours.
