- IndiGo didn t allow me to take my flight saying my checkin luggage is extra Closed
I was told by IndiGo that i can't take my paid flight since my luggage is extra. This is regarding the *:**PM flight i booked for **th June from Chennai-Kochi(*E ***, PNR : CISCTZ).
I did a web check-in **hrs before and my check-in luggage was extra than the limited **kg and I was ready to pay for it. Initially they didn't allow me then i threw out many things and again requested them but they completely denied considering me to take my own paid flight(Seat *F).
I understand that on **th of June Chennai Domestic Airport was in rush and many passengers were there to be taken care of, it was hectic, it even took me * and half hours to just get inside the airport in that big queue(which was totally unexpected) but still rather than giving me solution they were insisting on “Sorry mam we can’t allow this”, "now it is late", "we can't accept payment". I was even ready to leave my luggage and was requesting to send it in next flight. I was begging and requesting to just let me take the flight. I’m a native of Kerala and staying alone in Chennai I was trying to go home for so long during this pandemic situation since im staying alone and finally when it happened IndiGo stopped me from taking the flight and not even responding to my mail nor re-scheduling/refund for my loss. I will say I was harassed for carrying extra luggage. I was begging a lot and the staff started being rude with their tone in responding. Later on when two guys who came after me she let them in running and rushing to take them inside(Is it because those guys where able to convince her in Malayalam as she was a Malayalee and I was not able to do it?)
