- Indigo airlines staff misbehavior Closed
Indigo staff didn't allow to board the flight even though ** mins was left for the flight to take off. First of the flight time was *.** am on ** the July from Hyd to Mumbai. They sent message on Mobile that flight is delayed. When the passenger knowing flight is delayed reached the airport ** min before . He was not allowed to board the flight and he was asked to take tickets of next flight which was very costly. This behavior is not acceptable .we will not book flights from indigo. I need refund of **** Rs.
