I had taken a loan of Rs. *****/- from Indiabulls and the emi's were getting debited from my account, but unfortunately I had to stop depositing cash in my bank account and I tried contacting the customer care through email and calls to inform them that my bank account is no more in use and I would like to pay the emi amount through some other option but I didnt get any proper response, my due is on *th of every month. I got an link on the next date that *th and made the payment immediately without making any further delay but even then I have been charged overdue charges (bounce charge) of Rs. ***/- (Rs. ***/- for two months) for personal loan and Rs. ***/- for credit line. I foreclosed the loan by paying entire amount on and waiting for NOC but still not received, even today getting sms saying to maintain sufficient balance in my bank account for this month emi. Kindly help me to get the refund of Rs. ****/-
