I booked Independent TV under an offer of * year free service by paying ₹*** as initial charges and then ₹**** as installation and wiring charges. It took them *months to just install the device. After installation, it worked for * months and after that it's not working. The company hasn't paid it's dues to ISRO and were are not getting any signal since last * months. I want my money refunded back.
