We called Neuberg Supratech Lab technician at home on ** May **** to take samples and run various reports for two patients, during COVID ** pandemic. Paid **** Rs. for the tests, when we received D-Dimer results back they were so high that we had to rush both the patients to Radiology and run CT Pulmonary Angiography (Paid ***** Rs.) amid the lockdown to avoid any life threatening condition. We asked the lab to run the reports again and after all the procedures were done they jus casually informed us that there was some technical error in the report. No communication and/or no apology offered. We had so to go through so much mental stress and monetary losses due to this negligence of lab.
