I placed an order of * items on * months EMI.
then i cancelled it after few hours due to personal reasons.
Order amount - *****
Refund - ***** + **** (????)
Amazon says " ** rs cashback which you got for buying * items from same seller (buy more save more ) will not be deducted from amazon pay balance but rather will be deducted from main EMI amount (ABSOLUTELY INSANE)
Now bank is refusing to close the EMI and asking for pre closure charges + processing fees etc. (around ****rs)
Amazon also lied to on phone call stating that they will send an email to bank to sort this out and made me wait for * days. Today , they told me nobody can email a bank (YOU WERE LIED TO).
Why do these people give unnecessary mental torture to customers ?? FOR ** rs these people are making me pay ****rs to bank as fees. (ABSOLUTELY INSANE)
