Incorrect Product Delivered Open

Complaint filed against: Pepperfry.com
I have received incorrect product from Pepperfry.com but Pepperfry neither giving replacement nor refund.
The height is;
Pepperfry is not responding my mails as well as call.
Pepperfry employee informed me that they are not going to proceed for any further action on this issue even after sharing the videos which I have taken while unpacking the boxes. Mr. Vipul asked me to share the videos for resolution.
The Pepperfry employee is invisible from the day, I have asked to send me mail of this oral discussion to go with legal actions from my end.
Not sharing vendors details for further legal action against Pepperfry and Vendors.
My Question is when they are Loyal with customer then what is the reason behind playing this hide and seek with me?
Why should I pay for Incorrect Product.
I am being harrassed by Pepperfry for sake of few money.
I have 3 videos against Pepperfry Fraud.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
