This Capture A trip Travel company don't have ethics and values.
They don't no how to treat with customers.
Last Month on Nov ** i booked a package with them for KedarKanth for * days i.e.,from Nov ** Evening to Nov ** Morning (Delhi - Delhi) . initially they sent one itinerary i.e.,
for * Days later they changed to * days and upon confirmation of dates with them,
i booked flight From Delhi. On Nov **th evening they called and booked bus to Delhi From Sepcific, which supposed to be book on Nov **th.
due to this i have spent separate bus booking and hotel for one day. And also they mentioned Meals from Delhi - Delhi in itinerary. and Internal transport charges also i have spent from my pockets.
But they never paid for my meals. which is extra burden for me. Please Don't book any Trips with this.
