- Incorrect Information mentioned on their App/website Open
I had ordered several articles from Pepperfry during the month of Nov-Dec ****, of which Yukashi king size bed was on of the articles.
While ordering the bed, the dimensions section had the mattress size also specified.
Size of the mattress recommended : **x**inch.
I wanted to buy a good mattress so I ordered a kurlon mattress however I forgot the size and ordered the same size of the bed i.e. **x**inch.
On calling pepperfry ,they checked that the recommended size is **x**inch so asked me to reorder the correct size as specified on their App and later refunded me the money.
I then ordwred a **x**inch mattress for my king size bed. When the product got delivered on **th Dec ****, it was not the appropriate size for the bed. There was a big gap in between the mattress and the bed edge on both sides.
When I called pepperfry to send a carpenter to check if the mattress is like this or not , they refused.
When I asked them to replace the mattress with the proper size that is **x**inch , they refused.
They kept on telling me pepperfry can't do anything now as the size ordered recieved by me is the same size as ordered. But the issue is not that.
The problem is that because of pepperfry I cancelled my former order of kurlon mattress which was **x**inch.
Now I am stuck with a I'll fitting mattress for the new king size bed.
I request Voxya to please help me in this matter. PFA the screenshot for reference.
