- Incorrect Fastag delivered and amount deducted Open

I ordered a Paytm Fastag from my Paytm account on **th November. After some delays it was delivered to me on **th December around **am. But my paytm account got deducted for Rs. ***/- in two transactions between *am to *am on **th December (that is before even I received my Fastag). Later in the day when I investigated myself, it is found that the Paytm Fastag delivered to me had a different barcode whereas the Fastag linked to my Paytm account had some other barcode number. So, it was clear that the Paytm team had done some mess-up and incorrectly sent me different Fastag. The person who had received the Fastag which was linked to my Paytm account seem to have used it for Toll payments & it got charged to my account. I immediately raised a complaint to Paytm under their **/* support link on Paytm app itself. That complaint is not responded yet and still open. I have been also trying to call their helpdesk number for almost * days now and it is never working as it is always busy. I also tried contacting the Paytm care team on their Twitter handle but so far nothing is helping. I am not able to take my car on the highways since the Fastag I have is not linked to my account and cannot be used. I have paid Rs. ***/- initially to order the Fastag and then additional Rs. ***/- got deducted from my account due to the mismatch of the Fastag barcode numbers. I need the Rs. ***/- refunded to my account and want my home delivered Fastag linked to Paytm account immediately. Need help with this.
