- Incomplete Delivery of Food. Open
This is to write about Swiggy's poor delivery for ORDER #***********. The delivered food was only half of the quantity which was absolutely of no use as it was for a official party. Reason for the mess was not disclosed. Upon complaining to Swiggy, they couldn't re-order to restaurant, and so I was offered coupon of only **% of billed amount. Upon insisting a escalation (with TAT of ** hrs. ) was registered but no calls have been received so far. (** hrs have been passed already). I wish to get full refund of my money.
Each time I start a conversation with any executive, they seem to have no knowledge of this issue and I have to remind them to go back and check previous conversation.
