As a customer i was not able able report my complaints. Vi didn't inform me about blocking my incoming calls when my pack expired, I had some serious issues because I wasn't able to respond to some important calls. Vi didn't send any sms or notification that incoming calls will not be available. I wasn't aware that I was missing some important calls, and then recharged to restore the service but still they are telling me to reacharge again. Vi is exploiting it's customers, it has the worst customer service.
