I bought water purified from Flipkart and on *rd Dec the engineer came for installation from the seller's end at the time of purchase this was not mentioned anywhere. Whereas according to the engineer the product cannot be installed as it was due to low water pressure and I have to buy additional motor which will cost me ****/- this is a huge amount for me and I don't want to waste it on water purifier that's why I requested for the refund. But yesterday I got the information that the seller had denied my refund and after speaking with Flipkart customer care I lost all hope for any resolution to this issue, they keep referencing the return policy which states that the appliances can only be replaced there is no option for refund now because of the inadequate information given to during the time of purchase i have to bare this loss and now neither Flipkart nor Eureka Forbes will do anything on this matter.
