I have subscribed to this company's one pass and I am not able to use the pass at all as there is no way the pass can be unlocked when reached the gym even though they have given instructions to unlock, which is not working. Due to this reason I am not able enter the gyms I chose to workout. The company have listed a gym that they are no longer in tie with on their app, selecting this gym was totally a waste of time as they denied me entry. I have subscribed with the amount **** for two months and now I realise I have been looted.
