- Improper handling by indigo staff Open
I along with my wife and son booked ticket in indigo airlines from trivandrum to goa on **th December at **.**. the flight got delayed and finally started st **.** from trivandrum to bangalore. My next flight is also indigo which is at **.** of **th December.as soon as boarded bangalore we were informed that we have to contact ground staff. When I came out of aircraft no ground staff is there and i expected some ground staff at gate where we will be dropped. But no ground staff but a call from indigo staff that you have not contacted us and do security check up again and we ran quickly and when we reached gate we were told that flight departed and we were given ticket for morning *.** am flight. The important point is that no ground staff available near bus nor nobody contacted. If we were asked to stay for a while we would have stayed. As i came with my son i asked for lounge , the same was also denied.Total clumsy way of handling by the indigo staff and i was also taking treatment for my viral infection i was not able to sleep properly in the airport and as i m holding a senior position in govt organization i should have proper rest after my travel. The indigo management to be indicted for the mismanagement.
