- Ignoring relocation requests Open
I have been requesting videocond*h customer care from last ** days. I have almost given * complaints regarding my relocation. They simply say that we have launched a request and tomorrow our engineers will contact you. Two three times they contact me but never visited my new address. I have missed the IPL and it seems I will miss the world cup also. This is ridiculous from videocond*h customer care and also their technical persons.
