I took this ride (CRN **********) on **th of may at **:**pm from delhi to gurgaon.

Mob. No. **********
White Xcent DL*ZB ****
Ola Money Postpaid and this driver both involved in this. Driver because he lied and ola cabs because of the negligence.
First thing is without giving me any intimation of my ola postpaid amount was increased, so i always used cash/online/upi payments when my ola postpaid money is utilized...
So on the above said date/ride driver dropped me to the location and asked me for the payment in cash and i paid him in cash, when i got down i found out that amount was deducted from my ola postpaid account as well. which was deducted because they increased the limit of my postpaid account, without telling me.
Now iam asking them for the refund and ola cabs saying they can not refund as it is paid in cash and driver is denying that he took the cash.
My question is when ola cabs is providing this cash service then its their responsibility of the drivers behavior..
And the car insurance of the above said vehicle was also expired at the time of the ride. how can they allow such people to drive under ola cabs name without checking their documents. its even the bigger issue.
iam a frequent traveler of ola cabs, nothing wrong happened until this incident.
the driver is lying here.
what can be done and how can you people be of help.
Its not about the money but this is so wrong. PLease help.
