Hello Ajio team,
I had ajio account from this email ID and from my recent order Order ID #FN **********, I want to place a return of a product from brand RIO, Flat front joggers with insert pockets. It is an apparel which comes in a returnable category but it is not showing a return option. The product is unused with intact tags, attaching the picture, which is of no use to us nor fits anybody.
I had called customer care on audio call the same day, they asked to mail it with pictures.
PFA the required tag attached picture.
Please generate the return request and pick up the apparel.

I sent on ** Oct, again ** oct, reminder and follow ups on **, again on * Nov, * nov , * nov.
This the final reply, after many apologies of "still in process" and system generated replys, they sent me this:
Hey Shikha!
We completely understand the situation and regret the inconvenience caused. But we assure our ***% quality on every product.
Any claim for post usage damage of apparels can be accepted only within ** days of the delivery of the product. As you already used the product and our returns policy gives you an option to return items for any reason within the specified damage period for a product. Unfortunately, we see that ** days are already over for the damage usage product. Therefore, we wouldn’t be able to process a return for this product right away. Please accept our sincerest apologies.

NOTed : They changed the claim itself, as they don't want to entertain the return. Even I sent the picture with attached tags, complaint was made within * days of receiving it.
Before this order in july ****, they send a non branded item without tag and and even no-woven tag of the brand i ordered on the apparel, some local made apparel they sent and after complaining for one month, through continuous mails they sent apologies , no return took place, and wasted my money.
