I have booked OLA cab for my sister from Soundarya Layout to Bangalore international airport on **-**-****. The estimated ride amount shown around ****rs. Some traveling restriction was there due to COVID in that time and i could not able to travel with my sis . The driver asked for the cash before starting the ride from my place and i paid ****rs via google pay. the trip got ended, but the actual amount was *** only (*** rs less than the estimated rate i paid )and also automatically deducted my Ola wallet money ***rs and its shown ***rs due.i contacted OLA customer care and explained all those point, they said they will resolve this issue. but there is no action from OLA side and also i'm torched by the ola representative. today (**.**.****) i got this message from OLA ( "After repeated intimations There is no reponse from your end. So we have forwarded your case for futher processing it will also impact on your cibil score .against the default with the company. To avoid any action kindly make the payment immediately of Rs.*** against the Ola Money Postpaid service or else action. But if you are ready to pay we will wavier your late fees immediately".) Please look at this matter and do need full.I don't have to pay any amount
